The Booster Club pays for uniforms, maintenance equipment, batting machines, tourney fees and other costs necessary to compete at the highest level. Most of the funds come from four types of sponsorships:
1. Plano West Baseball Outfield Sign Ads - A limited number of advertising banners are available in the outfield at The Ballpark at Plano West. This is an incredible opportunity to increase your company's exposure!
New signs cost $500, which includes the cost to create the initial sign. Renewals in subsequent years cost $500. Each 6' x 10' sign is constructed of plasticized white vinyl with silk-screened over-printing in color.

2. Plano West Diamond Club Membership - The Club involves parents, students, coaches and the community in the support of the team. There are different levels of membership with dues starting at $50 per year.

3. Ads in The Plano West Activity Program - The Plano West Wolf Den P.T.S.O. creates one Activity Program for all participating teams and clubs at PWSHS. The Baseball Booster Club sells our ads and the Wolf Den prints the program. After printing costs, the Baseball Booster Club gets back a large percentage of the revenue from the Ad sales. 4. Annual Golf Tournament and Auction - The 10th Annual Baseball Booster Club Golf Tournament and Auction will be scheduled for the fall 2009.
